Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 4–8 business days after that — about 5–11 business days in total. These are estimates and can vary with carrier delays or weather.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
When is the daily order cutoff?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) begin processing the same business day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, start the next business day.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns are free.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@jewettmaine.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through it and send a prepaid label once approved.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Do you charge return shipping or restocking fees?
No. Shipping is free both ways, and we don't charge restocking fees.
Payments & support
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. We never see or store your full card number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
