Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Returns are free.

What can be returned

To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at support@jewettmaine.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent to us without prior approval can't be accepted, so please contact us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping is free both ways, so there are no return shipping fees and no restocking fees.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the item you have (once the return is approved) and place a new order for the one you want. If you'd like help with sizing before you decide, just ask — we're happy to talk it through.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@jewettmaine.com so we can make it right.

Items that can't be returned

Certain items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including personal-care items, pierced jewelry, and any item marked as a final-sale item on its product page. If an exception applies to a product, it will be stated clearly on that product's page. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before purchasing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and it reflects how we actually handle returns and refunds.
