Shipping Policy
Every Jewett order is packed and sent from the United States, and shipping is always on us. This page explains how and when your order travels to you. If anything here is unclear, our team is glad to help — reach us at support@jewettmaine.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses or to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) at this time. Certain items may carry additional handling requirements based on U.S. regulations or carrier rules; where that applies, it is noted on the product page.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we do not add handling or shipping fees.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take a little longer; if we expect a meaningful delay, we will let you know by email.
Order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has been processed, you can expect the following:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Transit time: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
- Total estimated delivery: 5–11 business days
These timeframes are estimates. They can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control, and they are not guaranteed.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Failed deliveries and returned packages
If a delivery cannot be completed — for example, because of an incorrect or incomplete address — the package may be returned to us. If that happens, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and an additional shipping charge may apply in some cases.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking suggests it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as you can at support@jewettmaine.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a fair resolution.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to improve our service or to keep it consistent with applicable requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
